This site is really just a collection of items from my past, present and future. I started it back in 1997 as a present to myself in which to learn HTML and as I wanted to do more I taught myself Perl. Now, 10 years on and the internet has definitely changed and I am still enjoying teaching myself, this time it's CSS, PHP and SQL.

While my old site was a dumping ground for stuff I'm hoping to start putting more content up and letting the visitors (well, the search engines and logs) decide what is useful or not (you could say it's more Web 2.0 but I would never dare!).
